Give me a word that rhymes with zinc, how about stink because zinc strips stink. They do not work at all in our opinion. Copper strips may work for a little bit but they create a galvanic reaction that can eat away at your gutters and flashing. Once there is an established biofilm on the surface there really isn't much you can do for runoff type of cleaning.
